Thank you for submitting your registration form to Trust Montessori School (Preschool and After School Programs).

If you would like to pay the non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 via Zelle please use the email: trust.montessori@gmail.com

For payments using a check, please visit us at our school office during school hours (M-F, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm).

After your registration fee has been received, we will email you regarding the next steps in the process. This will include the required documents that need to be signed. Please note that we will also need a copy of your child’s immunization record, and your doctor will also need to complete a couple of other forms that will be provided.
